Jamie P. Price, 37, Edwardsville, Illinois and formerly of Oblong, Illinois passed away Thursday, January 17, 2013 near Grayville, Illinois.
Born in Olney, Illinois on June 19, 1975, he was the son of Allen Ray Price and Paula Jane Puntney. He was employed as a property manager and landscaper, Edwardsville, Illinois and he also purchased properties to fix up and resell, Daybreak Landscaping, Price Construction, Price Properties LLC, M-P-30 Properties LLC, Grounds Manager for the Edwardsville School System for 7 years, Jamie was a young entrepreneur. He was of the Catholic faith. He was a member of 22 Motor Sports Racing Team, he drove Big 10 officials to games and was personal driver for Ed Hightower. His greatest joy in life was spending time with his 9 year old daughter, Regan; she was the absolute light of his life. He also loved spending time with Regan’s sibling’s, Parker Synders, 4 months, Paige Synders, 3 years and twin brothers, Dylan & Clayton Synders, 9 years.
Jamie is survived by his father, Allen Price & Mary Beth Price; his mother, Paula Puntney-Price; a daughter, Regan Mallory Price; a sister and brother-in-law, Martha Price-Darr & Matthew Darr; grandmother, Reva Price; his girlfriend, Maureen “Mo” Posey; aunt, Mary Craig Puntney-Lowry; uncle, Dan & Carolyn Price; two cousins, Derek Price and Kimberly Price; and former wife, Shanel Synders.
Jamie was preceded in death by his grandfather, James Price and grandparents, Paul & Patricia Puntney.

Rev. Jon Carrell will officiate the memorial service. Jamie will be buried next to his beloved grandfather Jim Price at Ditney Ridge Cemetery, Norris City, Illinois.
